Reality headings. Business paths below are relative to that project. Bundled resources are relative
to this installed skill; sibling capabilities resolve by their installed names. Never search another
private checkout for missing inputs. Use workspace identity, audience, pricing, and DESIGN.md fonts.
Steps
Record the asset in the IP register under business/legal/ (name, description, date created, where used).
Note that it strengthens the Pre-Existing IP clause on future deals.
Cross-reference any library/ or skills/ artifact it corresponds to.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router
Install recoup-internal-consulting-ip-register-updater and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.
A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
